My back is always hurting but the levels vary. However, I noticed when i twist my back until it pops, I feel looser, and it does give me some relief. But what concerns me is that I can only pop one side when I twist. If I twist the other way, it doesnt pop at all. Is this something I should be doing? It’s been this way for 2 1/2 years. I’ve had surgery but I may need another one.
